Uruguayan Association of Roads. It is in the
Crystal Tower Hotel (Aquiles Lanza 1323, Montevideo) and is aimed at civilians related to the subject technical engineers, advanced students or civil engineering and related careers.

ANALYTICAL PROGRAM
Unit 1: Introduction
Subject to the need to define a geotechnical characterization of soil properties and design of embankments profile.
Unit 2: Properties of Soils
physical properties. Permeability. Consolidation theory. Cutting theory. resilient modulus.
Unit 3: Profile Geotécnico
Application of different manuals Highway comparison procedures. Auscultation methodologies. Geotechnical profile definition.
Unit 4: auscultation foundation soils
Auscultation methodologies to define soil profiles foundations of embankments, artwork and bridges.
Unit 5: Design of Embankments
Soil and reinforced embankments. Theory slope stability. Treatment of instability phenomena of natural slopes and slopes of embankments. Software application stability calculation. Deformation calculation and control. Geosynthetic reinforced walls. Anchorages. I raise individual cases.
