As reported in the "Making Roads" # 108, the XX IBWC past in Mexico was a success and with great presence of Uruguay, who is responsible for organizing the XXI IBWC to be held in Punta of the East in 2021. The level the IBWC past technician was excellent and there were more than 150 oral presentations plus other approved amount of work that could not be presented for reasons of time.
