Referents from all over Ibero-Latin America will participate and the entire asphalt community is invited to present the innovative projects that are being developed in the CILA countries, as there will be a session on R&D projects where two speakers will comment on the progress. To be considered in this session, they must send the title of the project, country of belonging, a brief summary of no more than 100 words and the degree of progress of the same to itafec@itafec.es
