On 10 September the ribbon cutting took place in the village Isidoro Noblía found in the newly renovated section. Exudation problems that appeared last year were already controlled in January and hopefully a good pavement performance this season and next summer following. The sealed surface texture was evenly across the entire width making resemblance to a asphalt.
