Capeseal on Route 60

Making good progress with the implementation Serviam Micro cold on the simple treatment performed on Route 60.

As reported in bulletin # 92 and # 97, the Capeseal on Route 60 resumed its march after the winter closure. Work began from Sugarloaf with high execution performance and excellent surface quality.

Opening of new terminal of 1,000 tons.

After almost a year of installation, we are premiering new asphalt storage tanks hot on our Cologne plant Nicolich.

The terminal consists of three tanks of 350 tons each, and an American Heatec boiler Bearcat pumps 80 and 300 m³/ H with flowmeter. Besides being made a complete control system process variables, levels, temperatures and pressures. In the new terminal can be downloaded two trucks simultaneously at high speed which optimizes the times of availability of fleet and staff of our plant. It is also connected to the rest of the plant to transport asphalt pipe where necessary.

With this new terminal will be possible to have more homogeneous lots of asphalts basis used for the manufacture of our products have a stock in the event of supply problems and to optimize the time of the truck fleet Ergont.

With these investments we seek a better quality, consistency and availability of our products and transportation thereof.
