The synergy between recycled cement and surface treatments show that a route can be rehabilitated at low cost with high performance and quality
Last January 28 The official inauguration of the works took place at the intersection of both routes, in front of Manantiales beach. The work done in this particular stretch, which involved an investment of 530 million pesos, in addition to the sections already opened in Fraile Muerto (along with a new bridge) and between Casupá and Reboledo few years ago. NEW TECHNIQUE FOR CEMENT CRACKING CONTROL
Serviam has developed an interesting team to prefisurado recycled with cement.
Drawbacks consabidos generating shrinkage cracks of cemented materials are subject to attack because they can reduce the life of the pavement by water ingress. Usually in our country it has incorporated the technique with a heavy microcracking to mitigate these effects but there are other alternatives globally with specific equipment Compactor.
Serviam company developed a computer adapted to perform a Bobcat injecting the emulsion prefisurado IRRIGATION BITAFAL 65 at a depth of 20 cm each 4 m crosswise.
After initial compaction of the recycled material prefisurado this is done then continue working, leveling and final compaction. Of note is the use of technology to achieve grade project controlled by RF motoniveladora.

The equipment developed by Serviam has a storage tank emulsion, a positive displacement pump, a wedge (shark fin type) of 25 cm which leaves a pipe 20 cm and a solenoid valve for controlling the dosage from Bobcat.
The fin makes a wedge about 2 cm wide in advancing the equipment is filled with emulsion BITAFAL IRRIGATION 65. SAMI ONE BOX 8
TECHINT again trusts BITAFAL RENTALS the execution of a SAMI membrane.
Is currently running one recoating with conventional asphalt on Route 8 between 150 and 183 km below which is being applied stress relieving membrane (SAMI - by its acronym) emulsion IRRIGATION BITAFLEX 65 P40.
This particular stretch had been retreading Arnel at the end of 2009 with the first production of modified asphalt BITAFLEX AM3 our company supplied locally. That folder 3 cm, designed to last a couple of years, ended up serving for 8 years.
Current work involves milling the modified folder 3 cm, application of the emulsion P40 SAMI membrane and subsequent recoating of 5 cm with conventional asphalt.
HIGH PERFORMANCE EMULSION -BITAFLEX IRRIGATION 65 P40 -
Already there are several companies committed to quality work using the emulsion IRRIGATION BITAFLEX 65 P40 ensuring the life of bituminous treatment.
This product is being usad in various works in the country with excellent performance and in the first summer of use without detachments or risks rising by tires.
It is formulated with a high content of polymers that provide high cohesion and flexibility to the binder. During the summer and especially to the north, the emulsion P40 is being developed with hard asphalts which ensure suitable consistency and avoid potential exudates (with subsequent lifting) Excess binder.
